For enterprises operating digital platforms, further guidance may introduce reporting or withholding obligations that affect operational models.

Digital Assets and Cryptocurrency Transactions

The Amended PIT Law also extends PIT coverage to certain digital asset transactions, including cryptocurrency trading.
